Please note that you are dealing directly with the artist, not an anonymous web business. There is not a huge warehouse full of masks awaiting your selection. I usually have a good representation of most stock designs available immediately but it's nearly impossible to have every design ready in every conceivable color combination. So please plan ahead - I'll make every effort to accomplish your desires within reasonable expectations, but the procrastination of others is not necessarily my emergency.

With few if any exceptions, any design I make is available in any reasonable color[s]. Please DO NOT tell me you want the colors to be "like on the website."  Saying that will probably delay your order. I don't have every random example on my many web pages memorized. Many of the designs I make are done in dozens of color combinations on a regular basis, and the masks shown do not adequately express that variety. 

Requests for custom designs or alterations to existing designs will be seriously considered and achieved if possible. My designs comfortably fit a broad range of head sizes. Like a new pair of gloves or shoes, the more you wear your mask the more it will conform to your shape and become your mask. In over 20 years and over 20,000 masks made, I've only been asked to make less than a dozen to fit someone's specific dimensions. Of course, if need be I will do so for you, too.

I can accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards, either via email or traditional mail. Ordering by phone is not available. I also accept PayPal payments, see below. You may also pay by a cashier's check, a bank certified check or a Post Office (USPS) money order made out to Larry Wood (not Fantasy Guilde Studios) and sent to the address below. No CODs. I'm sorry, but due to past problems I no longer accept personal or business checks, or non-postal money orders. A pox upon the people who made this necessary.

Due to the 'special event' nature of masks and the demand for my work, I do not accept returns, make refunds or allow cancellations of orders in progress. For the care and repair of your mask, click here.

Also due to the brisk demand for my work, all orders are currently being shipped "when done."  However, for much of the year most masks ship within 1-3 weeks and often immediately. During certain times of the year (especially just prior to a masquerade holiday like Halloween or Mardi Gras) please expect a delay in shipment, especially for elaborate custom work.  So please order early for such events.

Shipping: My costs have gone up considerably. For masks under $100, S/H is $10 for the first mask, $5 for each additional mask in the same order. Masks $101 to $200 are $15 each. Masks over $200 are $28.00 each. Shipping for horns is $8 for up to 5 pair, or free if included in a mask order. For international or large quantity orders, shipping will be quoted. I do not ship UPS or FedEx, I ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Express Mail or Insured Mail is available at an additional cost. Insurance is advised  - once it hits the Post Office, buyer assumes risk of loss or damage otherwise.

Orders being shipped to a Maryland address need to include sales tax of 6% of the cost of the item[s], before adding shipping fees.
