The only way to order via email is by Visa/Mastercard, Discover Card, or by PayPal.

To order by PayPal, insert the word "PayPal" where it says "Visa/Mastercard/Discover/PayPal" above, and then email this form.  Then go to my PayPal page to make payment.  There is a 3% fee ($3.00 minimum) for using PayPal. Please calculate this fee after adding all shipping charges, taxes, etc.

Horns ship for $8/up to 5 pair; free shipping when purchased with masks
